Shipping back policies for Return and Exchange requests.
- If you are not satisfied with your order and you decide to return and exchange the purchased jacket for a valid reason, as explained in our return and exchange policy, you should make sure the product received is sent back without any damage or quality defect. Also we do not accept Return or exchange for custom made jackets that were digitized or vectored according to your given specifications. The custom orders that you make do not qualify for a return or exchange as your initial order description is considered as a non-revocable contract. If it is recognized that the shipped product never reached you as you prescribed in the projected time line we owe you a full refund.
- You make sure every returned product should carry its re-saleable form as any damage or alteration that bars us from reselling the product will consequently lead to a refund/return or exchange disqualification.
- As we provide free shipping and deliveries we don’t bear the shipping charges if you want to return the product you should pay delivery charges in case of return or exchange. If you required alter or changes
After placing order you have 24 hrs either edit or change provided specification of the jackets. We can consider and acknowledge it. After provided time frame any request for update or change instruction for alteration will not be accepted because your order will be in production phase.
Thus all the adjustments, measurements and design related changes should be communicated within the 24 hours of your order placement.
If you cancel the order during production phase we deduct 50% of your paid amount for the order.
